Our office will continue to remain OPEN for Emergency dental service ONLY
appointments will be scheduled during the above times.
YOU MUST CALL

Patients MUST call, text or email for emergency appointments.
The office doors will be CLOSED
Calls,emails, texts will still be available and responded to during regular office hours
Invisalign tray delivery and oral medicine patients please contact the office to be given instructions
RESTORATIONS/FILLINGS, & DENTAL EMERGENCIES including pain and swelling will be treated for the next 14 days, or until further notice
We will call you to reschedule hygiene visits and any elective treatments already scheduled
ALL March 23 - April 3rd appointments are being cancelled at this time. You will be contacted for rescheduled date. If you do not receive call please feel free to email, text or call us.

Dr Simmons and the team at KOC will continue to keep you informed as we are able. Please see below our current guidelines for your continued care and safety as well as that of our doctors and team.

The safety of you, our patients, as well as the dental team is of utmost importance.
We are requesting the following:
*PLEASE DO NOT confirm your emergency appointments if you are sick or unwell. We will make contact and arrangement for you to be treated at KEMH under special conditions!
*If you have travelled off island at all in the last 14 days INFORM KOC staff members BEFORE your arrival in office. EVEN IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCY. Please note we will require you to disclose your travel location and return date to island.
*Upon entering our office, we ask that you kindly WASH YOUR HANDS in the restroom with the provided hand soap.
*Please cover ALL coughs and sneezes with tissue or bent elbow. If you are unable to do so, please inform a team member and they will ensure that we can assist you and disinfect the area for you and other patients.
*ALL patients will be asked to rinse with mouth rinse PRIOR to all evaluations, or treatment
*All magazines and toys have been removed from the waiting room as to prevent any potential risk for patients
*If for any reason you are unsure as to what you must do, please CALL, EMAIL, OR TEXT us
and we will gladly assist you.

Established as KErin Oral Care in 2010, the practice under new management of Dr. Kianna Simmons, was transferred from Dr. Robert Gibbons, who had at that time been practicing for over 45 years. KOC maintains its care and commitment to its core patient base and welcomes family members and their friends as well as new patients.
In September 2013, KOC celebrated 50 years of dental service of Dr. Robert Gibbons to the community of Bermuda. We look forward to further growth, progress and the continued trust of our patients and the community as we provide them with great services.
